Forklift course......Hints please
QUESTION:Has anyone on here been through a counter-balance forklift course recently?
I am looking for a few pointers for my test on Monday at work and any
assistance is appreciated.
I can already use the machine as part of the testing and inspection ready
for hire at my works, but *technically* I am not allowed to use it for the
purpose for which it is designed.
ANSWER: I did a test for a telescopic forklift 4 yrs ago .. principles are the
same.
You know by know what you should do, and what you should not do ... just
do it by the book ... and *slowly*.
Spatial awareness is paramount. Dont just glance about you ... look
properly all around you before you move each time.
You are giving the tester the confidence in you, that you are not going
to reverse over or smash into anything or anybody
