ANSWER: if you are unemployed apply at the local job-centre for re-training, they will pay all your expenses if their is a real chance of you getting work at the end of it, alternatively join the army logistics corp, where you can all your r.t.i.t.b. licences free, ie HGV, forklift, hazchem etc. and whats more they'll pay you to train, cant be bad eh?
