she's very girly, would she have any problems getting a job if she was to pass?
ANSWER: Well there are a couple things to consider.
1). Driving a forklift usually, but not always, involves heavy lifting.
2). Most places will not hire you for forklift driving if you have no forklift driving experience.
3). There is no such thing as a forklift license.
You can get a forklift certification, but OSHA guidelines state that you need a certification for each location that you work at. So if she pays $40 at some class for the certification, she can only drive at that address. You can't walk across the street and drive a forklift there unless you get a forklift certification for that address.
