QUESTION:Finding jobs online...?
I have a hs diploma and currently in college..where can I find some online job postings..?
Ones with little or no experience, such as factory jobs (forklift drivers, labor, etc...) would be nice..

ANSWER: You may have more experience than you think if you've ever done volunteer work, sold Girl Scout cookies, helped out at your church, etc.
Internships are specifically designed for people who don't have experience, particularly college students. They don't always pay, but they often do.
Regardless of how much experice you have (or don't have), networking is the best way to find a job since most jobs are not posted any where. MySpace, FaceBook, etc. provide assistance with finding friends you've lost touch with.
Again, regardless of your amount of experience, these are the most effective job sites:

This is the one specified the most often in the last year as the site someone used to successfully find a job.
Craigslist is a giant online classifieds site, broken up by location. For each location, employers post "jobs" and "gigs" (which are short-term jobs, like project assignments, that may tide you over until you get a real job). There are 22 individual Craigslists for 22 markets in California, including many in southern California.

This site is a central source for finding job opportunities listed. Indeed is a "job aggregator" which collects jobs from job sites (like Monster, HotJobs, and CareerBuilder, but NOT Craigslist) as well as from employers, newspapers, etc., so you go to one central place to search for the jobs and cover more sites than you even know about. Quick and comprehensive.
I just did a quick searach on Indeed for "intern" and Los Angeles, CA, and it found 1,243 jobs. The same search for San Diego found 522 jobs. You can adjust the search for distance from a specific city in miles - like "within 25 miles" so you should be able to fine tune your search to exactly where you want.
