QUESTION:I would like to set up a dealers list to a number of
companies and Blind Carbon Copy [BCC] each name so they
only receive their own address mail.
I would like to save this list so that I can send it out
regularly when I have new equipment to offer.
Is there a way to create and save this list without losing
it each time I send it out?
ANSWER: Duane, use a group and put the group name in BCC. If you click on a new
message "View" item you can enable "Show all headers" which leaves the BCC
field displayed in future making it a bit easier. View on the main OE window
is not the same, it needs to be a message.
The only thing you will have to do is send the email to one address (maybe
your own) in the "To" field or it won't send.
