QUESTION:Anyone out there want to show me how to drive a backhoe?
It's always been my interest to learn to drive one.
ANSWER: You won't always be sitting inside the backhoe at the controls.
Generally the most employable of these folks have other skills to offer
as well... such as being able to operate a truck, dozer, shovel and
front-end loader.

If you attend this school's 12 week program, you will learn to operate
the following: backhoe, grader, dozer, excavator, dump truck and get
your tractor trailer licence.
Why is it a good idea to obtain your truck driving license at the same
time? Because you will very likely be asked to transport the backhoe to
the jobsite... you'll be doing that with perhaps a dump truck with a pup
trailer on the back.
